Working Days:

A working day is any Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs., or Fri. that is not a Federal Holiday, the Wednesday before and Friday after Thanksgiving, Dec. 23 – Jan. 2, and days when our staff may be attending a trade show, usually occurring in October and April. Please also keep in mind that we are owner-operated, with a very small work force. Thus, there may be times during normal business hours when no one is at the shop because we are out doing installations or bids. Your patience during all these periods is greatly appreciated. Our normal working hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. If you need to make arrangements for pickups, or to sit down with one of our staff members outside of these times, please schedule an appointment.


Order Totals:

The total price on your Mesa Sign Shop order acknowledgement is approximate, and may not include additional charges for post-order customer changes, overruns, additional shipping fees, taxes, and post-order design fees. If there is a difference in price greater than the amount listed on the order acknowledgement, a final invoice will be generated after production is finished, and in most cases, final payment must be received before the order can be shipped or picked up. Furthermore, by placing an order the customer agrees to pay any applicable tariffs, VAT, sales or use taxes incurred as a result of shipping within the U.S. or abroad.



Unless credit terms have been established, pre-payment is required for all orders. Pre-payment is always required for an initial order from any new client. Credit cards are authorized and payment is captured at time of order.



If you have any questions regarding an order, please refer to the job number on your order acknowledgment. When ordering large quantities of any item the customer must understand that an overrun or underrun of up to 10% is possible and acceptable. By placing an order, the customer agrees to pay for overruns not to exceed 10% of the total price quoted on the order acknowledgment.



Shipping costs differ depending on weight and delivery method of shipment. All shipping costs are estimates only. Additional freight charges billed to us will promptly be billed to you, and freight savings will be passed on to you. We will not ship a custom item without your signature on an order acknowledgement and art proof. Although we can ship any order, please keep in mind that most orders are picked up from our Mesa, Arizona location.


Delivery/In-Hands Dates:

All promised in hands dates are estimated only, we cannot be held liable for delays on the part of the customer returning an order authorization or payment, production snafu, shipper errors, holidays, or other acts beyond our control. If you have a specific “in-hands” date for your order please call us and let us know. We are happy to take on reasonable rush orders when we are able to, but a rush charge may apply.



Some unopened and resell-able retail items may be returned anytime within 10 working days for a full refund except shipping costs. Custom items are not returnable. Please look closely at the proof provided with your order acknowledgement, as we are not responsible for incorrect phone numbers or misspelled words on proofs approved by the buyer.
